‘Emergency measures’ have been put in place following the collapse of a social enterprise providing recycling services to three councils.
Greenlight Environmental, which ran recycling centres and collections for Argyll and Bute, Inverclyde and West Dunbartonshire councils, has gone into administration after efforts to find a buyer failed.
