Data quality concerns to come under spotlight

Finance directors are to look closely at the information the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government collects from local authorities amid data quality concerns.

The Society of London Treasurers has formed a working group on Revenue Account (RA) budget returns and Revenue Outturn (RO) statistics while the Association of Local Authority Treasurers Societies (ALATS) is keen for the forms to be improved.
