Delays hit Capita contract

Capita’s provision of human resources (HR) and payroll service to five councils is ‘still not meeting required performance standards’ while delays have hit information technology (IT) transformation, a report has revealed.

The Five Councils Partnership, which was created in February 2016 by Havant BC, Hart, Mendip, South Oxfordshire and the Vale of White Horse DCs, recently renegotiated their contract for HR, information technology and finance services.
