Delivering a new generation of affordable homes in Croydon

If you arrive at East Croydon station you can see that the face of Croydon is truly changing.  Cranes and construction sites are everywhere; from the council’s multi-million-pound revamp of its iconic Fairfield Halls cultural venue reopening in September to Europe’s tallest modular building.

These developments and countless others on the horizon are reinforcing Croydon’s position as London’s growth borough. But a booming economy requires sustainable growth - including decent homes.
