EXCLUSIVE: Council faces tribunal flood

Lancashire CC is facing a deluge of employment tribunal claims from disgruntled former managers as it tries to recruit a permanent chief executive.

The MJ has learnt that at least six former executives have lodged tribunal claims against Lancashire amid concerns about the political and management culture at County Hall.

Sources said the claims could total £3m.
