Former Brighton & Hove City Council leader Jason Kitcat has taken a leap into the officer world after he was appointed to Essex CC’s reformed senior management team.
He has been named executive director of corporate development at the county while Braintree DC chief executive Nicola Beach makes a return to Essex as executive director of infrastructure and environment.
