EXCLUSIVE: Ministry considers Right to Buy rule change

Ministers are considering changes to the use of Right to Buy (RtB) receipts amid claims current rules are a ‘shameful cash grab’ by the Government.

The MJ has learned the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) could give councils greater flexibility over how they replace homes sold under RtB.
