Ethical trading disputes could land authorities with hefty costs

Councils facing legal disputes over decisions to cease trading and investment with countries on ethical grounds could face huge costs.

Jewish Human Rights Watch has decided to take Leicester City Council to court after it chose to boycott trade with illegal settlements in the West Bank in 2014.
