Newcastle-under-Lyme BC’s executive director for resources and support services has been suspended amid major turbulence at the council.
A council spokeswoman insisted the decision to suspend Kelvin Turner was a ‘neutral act’ and was taken so that an investigation could take place into undisclosed allegations that have been made.
