More than four out of five councils have signed up to the Government’s new initiative to tackle housing benefit fraud and error.
The Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) has now formally launched the Right Benefit Initiative, which replaces the previous Fraud and Error Reduction Incentive Scheme.
