The Local Government Association (LGA) has made a fresh call for ministers to tackle business rates avoidance – more than two years after commitments were first made.
Its call comes amid concerns about the amount of business rates avoidance and as the Welsh Government prepares to introduce measures to tackle business rates avoidance from April 2021.
