From scrutiniser to being scrutinised

Having moved to the interim deputy chief executive position at Haringey LBC, I have left my S151 responsibility and it feels weird being on the other side because I am now taking financial advice from another S151 officer and am being scrutinised for my overspent social care budgets.

I am surprised by my reaction to this scrutiny.
