A ‘frenzy’ of Government healthcare announcements has resulted in the fragmentation of integration reforms, the Future Forum North has heard.
Speaking at the event today, deputy chief executive of NHS Providers Saffron Cordery said the plethora of recent policies, acts and papers had come from different Whitehall departments.
