Government sets out method for £15m audit funding

The Government is to pay out £15m to public bodies to help pay rising audit fees, following the completion of its consultation.

The additional funding in 2021/22 is part of the response to the Redmond Review by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG).
