Grenfell council adopts participatory budgeting

The council at the centre of the Grenfell Tower tragedy has used participatory budgeting for the first time as part of a new strategy.

Kensington & Chelsea LBC has created a £600,000 fund in 2019/20 and a further £600,000 will be doled out in 2020/21.
