Groundbreaking review praises Leeds

Leeds City Council’s services for children in care have been praised following a ground-breaking review by Ofsted.

Ofsted undertook England’s first focused review of children’s care services under the watchdog’s updated inspection framework – praising the authority for developing an ‘environment where social work is flourishing’.
