Director of the District Councils’ Network (DCN), Matthew Hamilton, has been appointed as the new improvement manager at the Local Government Association (LGA).
Mr Hamilton will have the lead role for the LGA’s improvement and innovation board and will also co-ordinate the organisation’s overall improvement programme funded by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
