Have we moved much in the past decade?

The turning of a new decade is a good opportunity to look back at some of the previous articles I wrote for The MJ and to look forward to the next 10 years.

Public health and its importance to our communities’ wellbeing kicked off 2013. The transfer of public health was a good start to ensuring it becomes the priority it should be, but there is more work to do. The linkages between the NHS institutions and district/counties could do with more work, particularly where it will become the subject of many a devolution deal in the coming months and years.
