Former local government minister and The MJ’s columnist, John Healey, has launched legal action against a Rotherham UKIP councillor after his comments surrounding the child sexual abuse scandal.
The three Rotherham MPS, Mr Healey, Sarah Champion and Kevin Barron, launched an initial libel case against UKIP MEP, Jane Collins, for comments she made at the party’s annual conference in September.
