Heaphy gets children's trust chief role

Birmingham City Council’s former interim chief executive has been appointed to head up Northamptonshire’s new children’s trust.

Clive Heaphy, who quit Birmingham after he failed to get the permanent job earlier this year, will now serve as interim chief executive of Northamptonshire’s children’s trust.
