High Court to hear Royal Mail's bid to halt pre-election strike

The Royal Mail’s attempts to block a strike in the run up to the General Election will be heard at the High Court today.

The company is asking for an injunction to halt industrial action by the Communications Workers Union (CWU), which risks disrupting postal voting in the run up to the election in December.
