The chief executive of Essex CC has expressed frustration that Highways England is refusing to share its Brexit plans with the council.
Speaking to The MJ, Gavin Jones said the plans felt like an ‘important piece of the puzzle’ as the council prepares for the impact of the UK leaving the EU on March 29.
