Sajid Javid has insisted social care is ‘not all about money’ as demands to tackle the current funding crisis continue.
Speaking yesterday in Parliament, the communities secretary acknowledged that while ‘money and resources have a huge role to play’ it is also ‘about how those services are delivered’.
