Jersey children 'may still be at risk'

The Haut de la Garenne children’s home on Jersey should be demolished, a report into child abuse on the island has concluded.

A four-year inquiry into decades of failures across Jersey’s children’s services system finally reported today and concluded that youngsters may still be at risk.
