Kingston leads a new chapter for libraries

Local authorities are chiming in tune about the need for change: more flexibility, smarter working and enabled communities are at the core of the ‘future council’. Libraries in Kingston are a fundamental part of this behaviour change through a £500,000 investment and rethinking the library’s value and offer.

We’re lucky in Kingston to have well-used libraries and excellent visitor numbers, which is great, but that wasn’t enough.
