LGA reveals Brexit wish list

The Local Government Association (LGA) has published a definitive wish list of new powers that it wants directly devolved from the EU to the sector post-Brexit.

In a detailed submission to a Communities and Local Government Committee inquiry, published today, Smith Square argued Brexit could be used as an opportunity to empower councils and revitalise local democracy.
