Labour 'won't lose sight' of fiscal redistribution'

Labour has insisted its commitment to fiscal redistribution will not be lost in the drive for economic growth.

Party leader Ed Miliband announced proposals to reward groups of councils that work together to boost regional growth, such as combined authorities, by allowing them to keep all the extra business taxes raised as a result.
