Work on Glasgow City Council’s potential new IT contract with CGI has been put on hold following threats of legal action from the current provider, Serco.
A spokesman for the Scottish local authority confirmed it had ‘temporarily paused work’ with CGI following an intervention by the outsourcing giant.
