Leicestershire's chief executive retires after 12 years

Leicestershire CC’s deputy chief executive has announced his retirement after 12 years at the authority.

Brian Roberts, the county’s director of corporate resources and last year’s president of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, will stand down at the end of March.
