London borough faces legal review of regeneration vehicle

Haringey LBC is facing a possible judicial review of its controversial decision to transfer £2bn in assets to a public-private regeneration vehicle.

The Haringey Development Vehicle (HDV) was approved by senior councillors last week, with the council’s leader, Cllr Claire Kober, insisting it could transform the borough’s housing and economic growth prospects.
