London councils hit back at PM over sprinklers

Four London councils have hit back at Prime Minister Theresa May for misrepresenting their stance on sprinklers and fire safety in tower blocks.

Last week during Prime Minister's Question Time, Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn asked Mrs May to back his campaign to provide local authorities with £1bn to retrofit sprinklers in all high-rise blocks.
