MPs: Government not willing to innovate on high streets problem

The Government is not willing to make the changes necessary to help businesses revitalise high streets across the country, a select committee has said.

Chair of the Housing, Communities and Local Government Committee, Clive Betts, today expressed his disappointment that the Government had rejected many of the suggestions made to tackle the problems faced by high streets and town centres.
