Lincolnshire CC’s chief executive, Tony McArdle, has announced he will be stepping down after more than 12 years in the role.
Mr McArdle, who is chair of the Association of County Chief Executives (ACCE), will hand over his formal responsibilities at Lincolnshire following next month’s council meeting, but will continue to work on some key projects until the summer, by which time a replacement will have been appointed.
