New care legislation blamed for overspend

Dundee City Council is predicting a £4.2m overspend against its adjusted 2017/18 revenue budget, councillors will hear next week.

A report that will be tabled at the council’s policy and resources committee on Monday said the variance represented a projected overspend of 1.3% against the budget.
