North Tyneside told to 'focus on strategy' to sustain services

A council has been warned that it must invest in digital technology to ease pressure on staff.

North Tyneside MBC was also told it must focus on a strategy to sustain services at current levels by the Local Government Association’s newly-published corporate peer challenge report.
