Opposition members win vote to resurrect Victory Energy

Councillors have made a bid to rescue a council-owned energy company.

Portsmouth City Council’s Lib Dem cabinet has twice voted to jettison Victory Energy Supply, the nascent project it inherited from the previous Conservative administration.
