Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership has become one of the first to adopt an innovative new digital tool aimed at speeding up the process for recruiting health and social care workers.

The partnership, which is the services manager for Edinburgh City Council and NHS Lothian, is using Novacare Recruit, which was launched last week by Novacare, the Edinburgh-based healthcare technology start-up. It is claimed to be the first recruitment software specifically designed for the sector.
