Partnerships are pivotal in the aftermath of a terror attack

The fatal attack in Westminster on 22 March was the sort of event London hoped would not happen but also one it has known it needed to be prepared for for some time.

Amid the tragic loss of life and injury which resulted from the events of the day, there were also stories of Londoners’ determination to carry on their normal business and of the courage and professionalism of the inspiring public service demonstrated by our police and other emergency service colleagues.
