Peers call for ICT improvement at council

‘Rapid improvements’ need to be made to New Forest DC’s information and communications technology (ICT), a corporate peer challenge has stressed.

The report by the Local Government Association found that ICT infrastructure at the council was a ‘source of frustration’ that was leading to a ‘continuing reliance on manual systems in some areas’.
