'Positive shift in morale and culture' at inadequate council

Ofsted inspectors have reported a ‘positive shift in the morale and culture’ of Worcestershire CC’s workforce just over a year after it was rated inadequate.

During the third monitoring visit since the November 2016 judgement, partners reported to inspectors that director of children’s services, Catherine Driscoll, and senior managers were ‘acutely focused on delivering the required improvements to services’.
