Post-Brexit public procurement overhaul proposed

Moves to overhaul procurement rules for public contracts have been met with scepticism.

Cabinet Office minister Oliver Dowden has expanded on suggestions by Prime Minister Boris Johnson that rules would diverge from the current EU regime post-Brexit.
