A respected transformation expert has praised the Government for emerging from a ‘stormy period of criticism’ and pressing ahead with its controversial Troubled Families programme.
Former co-chair of the Service Transformation Challenge Panel, Sir Derek Myers, welcomed ministers’ decision to ‘stay the course’ after a government-commissioned report found the programme had ‘no discernable impact’.
