A Labour Government would be committed to devolving responsibility for skills to city regions and counties together with the cash they need, shadow education secretary Angela Rayner has said.
Speaking at the Local Government Association’s annual conference this afternoon, Ms Rayner said Labour would ‘hand down real power along with accountability’.
