We were delighted to welcome housing minister Kit Malthouse to our spring assembly last week following local elections which saw a large number of new faces in attendance.
I was pleased the minister seems to be heeding our calls to rebalance the negotiating power between councils, developers and landowners to ensure promises made at land allocation stage are honoured when detailed permission is applied for.
