Risk-taking in social care provision can yield results, study finds

Councils have been urged to be more ‘courageous’ in their adult social care provision.

The call is made in a report analysing the work of Thurrock BC, Somerset CC and Wigan MBC by Think Local Act Personal (TLAP), a partnership of health and care organisations.
