Risks up ahead

Much has been cast into doubt since the EU referendum, with questions hanging over many of the plans that had been set out by the Government before the country voted to leave.

Minimising the risks of the future must be a priority. Many are seeking safety in numbers by forming combined authorities. At the same time, concerns have been mounting over the future of the devolution agenda.
