Scotland and Wales 'ignored by Westminster'

Scottish and Welsh ministers say they are still ignored by Westminster despite 20 years of devolution, according to a report from the Institute for Government.

The report also predicts further strained relationships between the devolved governments and Westminster because of Brexit adding: ‘Scottish and Welsh ministers have been frustrated by their limited ability to influence the Brexit process.
