Scottish council asks for help to fill £14m budget gap

West Dunbartonshire Council has warned of cuts to services unless it receives support to bridge an estimated £14m budget gap.

Council leader Martin Rooney has written an open letter to deputy first minister and acting finance secretary John Swinney appealing for further funding.
