Scottish councils given warning of further local cuts

Scottish Labour’s deputy leader has warned councils they face £800m more cuts to local services by 2021.

Alex Rowley’s concerns raised at the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COLSA) conference last week were echoed by Scottish Lib Dem leader, Willie Rennie, at the same event.
