Scottish councils pledge to keep UK in EU

The Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA) has announced it will back the campaign to keep Britain in the European Union (EU).

Following a meeting of local authority leaders, COSLA president, Cllr David O’Neill, said councillors ‘felt that this was the right thing to do’.
